Bradcare is a company based in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire. We have a Human Resources Recruiter position at our company and look for a highly skilled HR/Recruiter to join our team. As a Human Resources recruiter, your role will be pivotal in overseeing various HR and Recruitment functions and ensuring the seamless operation of the department, including recruitment activities aligned with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all HR – Recruitment related inquiries, offering guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

Lead and manage the recruitment process, encompassing candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Maintain accurate employee records while upholding confidentiality of HR data.

Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.

Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics.

Collaborate with managers to address employee relations matters and offer guidance on conflict resolution.

Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Generate reports, analyze HR data to spot trends, and provide recommendations for enhancement.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications preferred

Demonstrated experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar capacity.

Sound understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.

Proficient in HR systems.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven recommendations.

Knowledge of lead generation techniques is essential.
