Job Responsibility:
Recruitment Advisor, Band 3, Fixed Term until 31st August 2025. Hybrid working from home/One day a week at New Mill - 37.5 Hours per week Are you passionate about delivering the best customer service? Do you enjoy engaging with a wide range of people, whilst working in a busy and fast paced environment? The recruitment department at Bradford District Care Trust is at the centre of ensuring high quality staff are recruited within strict timeframes to maximising the staffing levels across the Trust. Working in a busy and driven team, the Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for managing a caseload of candidates, ensuring each receives a high level of customer service and engagement throughout the require NHS pre-employment checks process. This position would suit someone who is out-going, confident and experienced in dealing with a wide range of people, communicating via email and telephone. The Recruitment team will provide the required training and you will work alongside experienced members of the team who will be on hand to offer support and guidance.

Interview date: 19th September 2024 To act as an Account Manager for a case load of recruitment activity from advert to on-boarding, being proactive in support for the individual and service. Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers to promote the HR Service and the Trust as an employer of choice. Undertake identity checks in line with national guidance and local policy and escalate issues appropriately. Support managers to develop attractive and appealing recruitment, selection and on-boarding methods that promote the Trust as an employer of choice and attract talent to the Trust. Hold a key role in engaging candidates in the recruitment and on-boarding process to support the retention of new starters in the Trust. Be actively involved in the department's business continuity planning and understand responsibilities in emergency situations. Maintain accurate and up to date information in all e-HR systems. Ensure employee files are maintained to the highest standard. Assist in the collation and distribution of information as required. Be involved in HR projects as delegated. Help support delivery of department key performance indicators. Support the processing of Disclosure and Barring service check applications and revalidation process. Attend events including recruitment fairs, open days, targeted recruitment events. Identify and deliver service improvements.
