Location: Hillingdon, with travel to London-based sites

Salary range: £28,808 per annum

Main Objectives of the Role:

Providing support to the Commercial Manager and project team throughout the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, in full and within the agreed budget. The ideal candidate will achieve this through:

• Maximising the successful running and commercial control of each project to achieve optimum commercial return through the submission of monthly applications
• Managing projects through accurate forecasting and controlling project costs
• Ensuring that projects meet the legal and quality standards required in line with contract documents
• Meeting clients to determine their needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibility, as well as securing any farming opportunities
• Responsible for producing and presenting monthly commercial reports, cash flow forecasts and budget documents to senior stakeholders
• Supply chain management

Do you have what it takes?

• Two years of experience in a similar Commercial Assistant role
• Professional and highly organised, with excellent communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and confidence to adequately challenge conflicting priorities
