Job Responsibility:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our Acute Inpatient Team in developing Same Day Emergency Care and Frailty Services in Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board(CTMUHB). The post holder will be a skilled and experienced practitioner and will be able to demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise and experience of supervising staff/students. Acting within their professional boundaries, the post holder will provide holistic person centered assessment, demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning and decision making skills. They will be able to determine a differential diagnosis followed by appropriate treatment and evaluation of care provided. As an autonomous practitioner you will use highly specialist physiotherapy knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning skills to manage a complex caseload.
