We're seeking a dynamic and professional individual to step into the role of Interim Executive Assistant and provide top-class support to our Executive team. This is your chance to play a crucial role in our business's growth journey by supporting key management members.

In this position, you'll support three Managing Directors, providing extensive diary management, coordinating global travel arrangements, and handling expenses. You'll also be the point person for important business meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring action items are followed up promptly. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in key projects, where your attention to detail and business reporting skills will be highly valued.

As an Interim Executive Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality EA and organisational support.
  • Managing email and diary correspondence at C-Suite level, responding promptly and flagging urgent matters.
  • Facilitating a wide range of meetings, from preparation to follow-up.
  • Liaising with global c-suite clients and organising external meetings.
  • Creating impactful presentations and maintaining reports.
  • Acting as a key liaison between senior executives, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Handling extensive global travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Processing accurate expense claims in line with company policy.
  • Ensuring professional office hospitality for visitors.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Providing comprehensive and proactive support, acting as a gatekeeper for the Executive team.
  • Any other duties as required.

We're searching for candidates with:

  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant at C-level.
  • Proficiency in diary management and handling extensive schedules.
  • Experience in creating informative business presentations.
  • Essential skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Desirable general business acumen.
