Salary:£33,966 to £45,585 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Applications are invited for the role of Teaching Associate based in the Nottingham School of Economics. As a Teaching Associate you will be expected to:
- deliver innovative teaching for a range of classes in the economics discipline
- prepare assessments and conduct marking of examinations and coursework
- supervise and examine undergraduate dissertations
- support tutorial groups, developing the group's knowledge and learning skills
- contribute positively and proactively to the teaching culture, especially considering issues of underrepresentation
- take a proactive role in the pastoral support of students, dealing with sensitive issues
- be responsible for administrative duties
Candidates should have, or be demonstrably close to submitting, a PhD (or equivalent) in economics.

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract until 31/08/2025. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours). Job share arrangements may be considered.
