Job Responsibility:
Are you a highly organised individual with the ability to communicate effectively and multi-task? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Repair and Maintenance (R&M) Supply team as a Reinstatement Scheduler!
What you'll do
You will be responsible for ensuring that our staff have a fully scheduled workload, which is planned to ensure the best possible efficiencies. You will need to coordinate and balance job priorities from multiple sources ranging from customers, operations and our engineering department.
Covering other members of the team in the event of training/holiday and sickness will also be a key part of this role. You will also need to be able to rearrange and mobilise support for unplanned emergency work at short notice.
Team working is a big part of this role as you will be working with the rest of the scheduling team, the field-based staff plus their managers and supervisors, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets are either met or exceeded.
What you'll need
We're looking for a proactive and practical individual, who can deal effectively with customer and internal stakeholders. You will need to have excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
You will also need to be computer and systems literate with the ability to use multiple types of IT software. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as is being able to communicate effectively with people at multiple levels.
You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to work well in a pressurised environment and be able to multi-task throughout the working day, while also supporting your team members with their workloads at busy times.
Knowledge of reinstatement and street works legislation is an advantage, but full training will be given to the successful candidate.
