This role will provide support to the Finance Manager who is responsible for leading all Management Accounting activity for the CAVU Division ensuring that accurate, technically robust managements accounts are produced in a timely manner and in line with group finance service levels. CAVU is an exciting and interesting part of MAG, focussed on growth and development of our international travel activities, in this role namely Marketplace ; comprising Global Car Parks and the associated digital proposition. The role itself will include the following responsibilities
- Assist a Finance Manager to lead the team.
- Support month end close process.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all aspects of the divisional accounts.
- Assist the Finance Manager to ensure all monthly reports are timely and accurate.
- Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately.
- Assist with delivery of group service levels and support KPIs to internal and external customers.
- Assist with provision of divisional accounts.
What will make you successful in the role? We are looking for someone who is qualified, or at the point of qualification. You will have an extremely keen eye for detail, and be a whizz on excel. In addition, this person needs to be confident and comfortable presenting and working with senior stakeholders - meeting with the business to deliver the month end review is a vital part of the role. There is a clear succession path within MAG, and we are looking to hire someone with future leader potential as a result. Finally we can offer hybrid working, 2 or 3 days in the office per 5 business days.
