We're looking for a Quality Assurance Senior Analyst to join our Insurance and Money Services team. We're looking for you to support the Senior Quality Assurance Manager in the execution of the control testing plan to ensure that controls are appropriately designed and operated.
  • You'll play a key role in ensuring Insurance & Money Services has effective controls in place to manage the business within the risk management framework, working across a range of different products and teams.

  • You'll be working alongside other assurance and oversight colleagues as part of the broader Conduct & Controls team and have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of stakeholders from across the business.
  • You'll have the opportunity to learn and develop within the role, as well as broader opportunities within the Conduct & Controls team and wider business.
What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for carrying out the assessment and testing of control design and effectiveness to ensure controls are operating and mitigating risks as planned.
  • Producing written reports outlining the testing undertaken, findings and recommendations.
  • Proactively engaging with a range of stakeholders to gather insight, evidence and provide on-going feedback during testing and on completion agree any actions required.
  • Resolving issues arising from assurance and oversight activity and refer serious or contentious issues to the Quality Assurance Senior Manager.
  • Collating and analysing data using pre-set tools, methods and formats.
  • Contributing to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.
We need you to have
  • Experience of risk management frameworks and undertaking control testing with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, having the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail for managing complexity. You'll make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
  • Experience in collating and analysing data using pre-set tools, methods and formats.

  • Demonstrate reliability and places a strong emphasis on the team meeting its commitments. Fairly represents others' positions.
  • Robust insight for reporting: Contributing to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.
  • Use clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.
