This is an amazing opportunity for a Maintenance Store Person to join our fantastic team based at our flagship park Lyons Robin Hood, in Rhyl.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and organised Maintenance Store Person to join our team at Lyons Robin Hood. This full-time position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and is capable of managing maintenance supplies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise the maintenance store, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and easily accessible.

• Keep an accurate inventory of all maintenance supplies and place orders as needed.

• Assist maintenance staff with the selection and retrieval of tools and materials.

• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Perform regular audits of inventory and report discrepancies.

• Track and document the usage of supplies and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the maintenance store area.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Driver Essential: A valid driver's license is essential for transporting supplies and equipment as needed.

• Computer Literate: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite is essential for maintaining inventory records and generating reports.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with the maintenance team.

• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and supplies is a plus.
