Summary
The Leadership Development Team's Purpose is to equip people leaders with the development (skills, M&S behaviours and attitude) and experiences needed to effectively lead and inspire colleagues across M&S.

You will be accountable for analysing development needs according to business requirements and designing and delivering innovative leadership development initiatives, such as people leader, future leader and I&D programmes, coaching and mentoring. You will work for the Group Head of Leadership Development in the identifications, design, build, delivery and continuous improvement of solutions for leadership development across the Group.
You will engage regularly with all business partners to gain input into learning needs analysis, co-create solutions and communicate effectively to drive positive business partner engagement.
Your role will own the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives, using creative and groundbreaking design thinking to create impactful learning for colleagues. You will lead the evaluation methodology and reporting to ensure initiatives are achieving their desired goals.

Your key accountabilities will include
What you'll do:
- Completing thorough needs analysis, designing innovative learning solutions using learning design methodologies, co-creation with partners, integrating the M&S behaviours and delivery of solutions to the relevant target audiences
- Managing relationships with the internal and external faculty to ensure high quality of content and delivery, ensuring continuous improvement and forward thinking
- Programme evaluation and data reporting - reviewing data and metrics on programme effectiveness, identify continuous improvements and demonstrate value to the business.
- Engaging with partners to promote the learning programmes, through regular communications and engagement activities to keep a wide range of partners across the business excited and informed.
- Being future focused on the latest developments in building capabilities, learning and development methodologies and building in relevant updates to programmes and solutions
Your skills and experience will include
Who you are:
- High impact programme delivery, facilitation, coaching skills and experience, in person and virtual
- Proven experience of innovative models of behaviour change, leadership assessment, development and evaluation frameworks and proactively maintains continuous professional development and external market and network
- Demonstrable knowledge of a range of methodologies e.g. agile, use of AI in learning, learning in the flow of work
- A good understanding of metrics, data and insight reporting to advise decision making and continuous improvement
- Teamwork orientated with experience working in a collaborative team environment and interpersonal skills with commitment to business partners, customers and end user experience
