• Providing an outstanding retail experience, ensuring service, quality and Consistency.
• Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team
• Escalating issues to the Supermarket Team Manager when required
• Induct & support new starters through 90-day induction, and completion of core departmental training
• Delivers a hands-on approach to supermarket duties and greeting our customer's

Pay Rates: 16 to 17 from £7.50, 18 to 20 from £9.97, 21+ from £11.44 per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift Working Hours: 3pm until 10.30pm, 5 days per week including weekends. Experience and Qualifications You may already be a Supermarket Shift Leader or a Supervisor or Team Leader in a similar role which is great! All we are looking for is…

• Experience working in retail or a similar customer facing environment
• Previous experience leading, coaching and supervising teams
