As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative drink recipes, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Create unique drink recipes that enhance the overall dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Interact with customers to provide recommendations and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Assist in managing inventory by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Ensure that all drinks are served promptly while adhering to time management practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or mixology within a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Basic maths skills for accurate drink measurements and cash handling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £14.41-£15.91 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
