What You'll Do:
At House of CB, our Sales Floor Managers are empowered, dedicated and responsible for supporting the Store Manager by driving sales and ensuring the sales team are always providing outstanding customer service. The Sales Floor Manager recruits, trains and develops the team through leading by example to create an organised work environment. Whether it be on the sales floor, in the fitting room or at our till point - you will manage the team to contribute towards the sales and profit in the store.
Customer Experience:
- Manage and support the Store Manager by overseeing the general operations of the shop floor and exercising outstanding leadership qualities to ensure high levels of employee knowledge, motivation and customer service.
- Lead by example to empower and inspire the team to guarantee exceptional customer service is always being delivered in all touch points such as the shop floor, fitting rooms and till area.
- Train the team on in-depth product knowledge and coach individuals on company non-negotiables to make sure customers are receiving a tailored House of CB experience.
- Maintain excellent brand, product and promotional knowledge to actively advise and inspire customers about our garments and exceed their expectations.
- Proactively builds and maintain client relationships.
Sales & Profit:
- Work creatively and commercially within Company guidelines to discover ways of increasing sales to ensure targets are consistently hit or exceeded.
- Monitor store performance by focusing on KPI's to interpret sales reports.
- Manages standard till operations such as opening/closing tills, investigates discrepancies and processes employee purchases.
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain presentation standards and ensure the store always reflects HOCB visual guidelines.
- Assist with replenishment, delivery and organisation tasks.
People & Culture:
- Recruit, interview, hire and oversee the induction process of new employees.
- Leads regular development meetings with the team to identify and evaluate employee performance.
- Follow detailed HR processes to monitor the development of your team as well as assisting the Store Manager with basic staffing duties such as schedules, vacation, and payroll.
- Positively represent HOCB through promoting a dedicated and luxurious environment.
- Be part of a positive and inclusive team where everybody feels valued, motivated and empowered.
- Follow health and safety routines to maintain the overall safety and well-being of our customers and colleagues.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience with 2+ years retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and dedicated to exceeding expectations.
- Flexibility in working hours with weekend availability to accommodate our dynamic environment.
- Holds a proactive mindset, uses initiative and is a critical thinker.
- Display effective communication skills to motivate, develop and retain talent

Full Time = 40 hrs per week

Pay: From £18.50 per hour
