The RoleAs Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting the daily running of the bar. Working alongside the Management team, you'll lead by example, energise the team, and keep the pints flowing and the vibes high.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the bar team, creating a fun, efficient and high-performance culture
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties
• Uphold BrewDog's legendary service standards and guest experience
• Oversee beer and beverage presentation with precision and consistency
• Manage inventory, stock control and ordering to keep things flowing
• Deal with customer feedback with confidence and care
• Support training and development to keep the crew sharp and service-focused
• Contribute to local marketing ideas, events and community engagement

About You

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a high-volume hospitality setting
• A genuine passion for craft beer and customer service
• Confident in leading a team and staying cool under pressure
• Solid understanding of stock management and H&S standards
• Positive, energetic and always up for a challenge
• Knowledge of cocktails is a bonus - but beer obsession is a must!

Pay: From £12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
