Job Responsibility:

Salary: Basic up to £24,000 OTE up to £29,000 with uncapped bonus scheme

Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company- Provide information about products or services to potential customers- Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers- Record and update customer information in the company database

- Book telephone appointments with potential customers to discuss insurance requirements with one of our insurance specialists- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Experience:- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred- Familiarity with telemarketing software and CRM systems is a plus- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English- Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

High Street, Neston, Cheshire, CH64 9AD

Hours:

37 hours per week

Please note that this is not a remote position. The telemarketer will be required to work from our office location.
