We are currently seeking a Game Producer to join our team. If you have relevant experience and possess the ability to plan and produce games, this job would be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in the full game production process, with relevant experience in this role, able to implement comprehensive quality control. (Required)
• Excellent project management, managing the entire game development process to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. (Required)
• Team coordination, coordinating the work of game designers, programmers, artists, and testers, aligning everyone's work towards the project vision.
• Resource allocation, allocating and managing the team's resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, optimizing the development workflow.
• Risk assessment, identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges that may arise during the development process.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a game producer or similar project management role.
• Experience in developing Full Motion Video (FMV) games, or extensive experience with this game genre. (Required)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering video game projects on time and within budget. (Required)
• Familiarity with game development best practices, including agile methodologies, project planning, and risk management.
• Experience in project management software. (Required)
• Bachelor's degree in game design, computer science, management or related field. (Preferred）
• Mandarin Speaker (Preferred)
