Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Property Acquisition Manager, or a similar role within the real estate or property development sector, with experience in commercial agency
  • Knowledge of the UK property market
  • Strong business acumen to assess site viability
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of deal closures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or related field, MRICS accreditation preferred
