Job Responsibility:

Our very well established and expanding Nottingham based client are looking for an experienced TIG Welder on a permanent basis.

Duties```- Perform TIG welding on various metal components and structures- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for each job- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing rust, dirt, or debris- Assemble and fabricate metal parts using hand tools and power tools- Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet industry standards- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

```Skills```- Proficient in TIG welding techniques- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications- Experience with stick welding and other welding processes- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools used in metal fabrication- Knowledge of sheet metal work and the ability to work with different gauges of metal- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating dimensions, and determining angles- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am - 12pm
