Job Responsibility:
Role Purpose:
To identify individual starting points and provide robust support to ensure learner progression. This involves implementing effective formative and summative assessments, delivering high-quality learning sessions both online and in-person, and aiding learners in achieving positive outcomes in their health and social care education.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Facilitate individual access to learning and provide tailored support, including occasional out-of-hours service, to ensure learners are progressing in alignment with their personal goals.
· Conduct accurate and timely marking of learner work and practice assessments, offering constructive and comprehensive feedback for learner understanding and continuous improvement.
· Maintain precise records in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM) to assure Senior Leaders that learners are receiving timely support and progressing as expected.
· Perform initial and ongoing assessments of learning needs to develop effective individual learning plans with agreed SMART targets, guiding learners throughout their educational journey.
· Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality teaching sessions in both physical and virtual classrooms (e.g., Zoom), ensuring learners make strong and timely progress in their learning.
· Provide effective information, advice, and guidance through various communication methods to support learners in their positive progression aligned with their learning and development objectives.
· Lead the update and maintenance of the knowledge base (Q&A) resource tool to enhance the support available to Think Employment learners.
· Develop additional resources and learning activities to supplement online content, as required by Senior Leaders.
· Offer exceptional service in response to wider inquiries for additional support from Think Employment learners.
· Monitor learner attendance and participation closely, addressing poor attendance and punctuality in accordance with Think Employment policies and systems.
· Facilitate the distribution of comprehensive monthly reports (using Zoho Analytics) to the senior management team, enabling an effective review of the impact of Think Online Training offers and services.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health and Social Care or a related field.
· Teaching or tutoring experience in the health and social care sector.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM) and virtual classroom platforms (e.g., Zoom).
· Strong understanding of formative and summative assessments and their effective implementation in an educational setting.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for providing clear guidance and support to learners.
· Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and preferences.
