Job Responsibility:

As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders. ```Duties:``` - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets - Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices - Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations - Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making - Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking institutions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards ```Experience:``` - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred) - CPA certification is strongly preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role - Extensive knowledge of materials handling, picking packing, supply chain, logistics, and business processes - Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data - Experience in category management and implementing systems such as AS400 - Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance and a passion for driving business success, we encourage you to apply for this position.
