Job Responsibility:
```Job Overview:``` We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders. ```Duties:``` - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets - Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices - Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations - Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making - Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking institutions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards ```Experience:``` - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred) - CPA certification is strongly preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role - Extensive knowledge of materials handling, picking packing, supply chain, logistics, and business processes - Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data - Experience in category management and implementing systems such as AS400 - Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance and a passion for driving business success, we encourage you to apply for this position.
