Oxford Population Health (Nuffield Department of Population Health) contains world-renowned population health research groups and provides an excellent environment for multi-disciplinary research and teaching. The Clinical Trial Service Unit (CTSU) is a major international research institute within the Oxford Population Health, and is one of the world's leading centres for research into chronic diseases, such as cancer and heart disease. We are seeking a Trial Master File (TMF) Administrator to assist in the setup and maintenance of the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) for all Clinical Trial Service Unit (CTSU) trials. The successful applicant will oversee the collection of essential documents at Trial, Regional and Site level and will liaise closely with the Central Coordinating Office administrative team, staff at the various Regional Coordinating Centres, the on-site monitoring teams and with funder partners. To be considered for this post you will hold a university degree and have substantive document management experience. You will have knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and the regulations governing the requirements of a TMF. You will have excellent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. The post is full time (although part time considered) and fixed term for 2 years.
