Job Responsibility:

Job Title: Project Leader

Location: Barrow in Furness. We offer a range of flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Starting from £45,628 - depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

• Lead on facility infrastructure for SASK (Submarine Academy Skills & Knowledge) and the satellite facilities
• Responsible for material and tooling ordering for all Skills training delivery
• Engaging with key stakeholders in the Site Tenancy team, Site Maintenance and EMCOR
• Guide on the continued development of the Skills training cost model, identifying and implemented improvements in support of the overall facility budget
• Leading a small (but growing) team, as the facility capability increases

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Experience working within Supply Chain or Site Infrastructure
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Experience using SAP

Desirable:

• Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ, Prince2) or willing to work towards
• Team leadership experience

The SASK Facility team:

You will be instrumental in enabling the delivery of Skills training within Submarine Academy for Skills & Knowledge (SASK) and managing the wider facility infrastructure.
