Job Responsibility:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Experienced Sales Designer to join our small, dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a proven ability to drive sales, and the confidence to engage with customers directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design home improvement solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Drive sales and maximize opportunities, including cross-selling and add-on sales.
• Confidently approach and engage with customers.
• Ensure all CAD designs accurately meet customer briefs with attention to detail.
• Manage administrative tasks, returns, and sales processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong drive to be successful.
• Proven design experience.
• A valid driver's license is essential due to our location.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
• Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English.
• Confidence in dealing with customers.
