Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Graduated or currently on a study break? We are seeking detail-oriented and dedicated individuals to join our team as Legal Project Administrators on a fixed-term basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the sanctions-screening process of our customer base. This position involves reviewing potential sanctions list matches and determining the appropriate action based on analysis and investigation.

Position: Legal Project Administrator

Location: Remote/Home Based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.

Salary: £24,000pa (pro rata) PLUS £4,000 (pro rata) completion bonus

Contract: Fix Term Contract - 3-4 months

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Legal Project Administrator at Odevo UK you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or related field (or equivalent experience). (or are currently studying)
  • Proven accuracy and diligence in handling detailed tasks.
  • Strong analytical and research skills for effective investigations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Experience in compliance, risk management, or related field is desirable.
  • Knowledge of sanctions screening regulations (e.g., OFAC, UN, EU sanctions) is a plus.
