Job Responsibility:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Parts Advisor working within the Parts department for a progressive premium brand at a Volvo Car Retailer based in Leatherhead.

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience (OTE £31,500 - £33,500)

Location - Leatherhead (Surrey)

Hours - Monday - Friday & alternate Saturdays

Key role and responsibilities for this Parts Advisor role:

• Meeting and greeting customers coming into the Parts department.
• Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment.
• General parts and accessory enquiries - working as a team with the Parts and Service departments.
• Providing estimates when required.
• Achieve sales by prospecting, acquiring and maintaining accounts.
• Deal with any customer enquiries over the phone and face to face.
• Checking in parts deliveries.
• Assisting with parts stock check.
• Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers.
• Contact customers offering special promotions that are available.

Minimum requirements for this Parts Advisor role:

• Works together with colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales.
• Committed to achieving excellent customer relations and ensuring that customer's expectations are exceeded.
• Friendly but professional manner and will demonstrate integrity, discretion and objectivity.
• Can demonstrate experience in a parts department.
• A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated in order to provide the most efficient service possible.
• Good polite, friendly telephone manner.
• Knowledge of Pinnacle would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
• Full, valid and clean UK driving license.
• Ideally Minimum of two years' experience as a parts advisor required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
