Move Sales & Lettings are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Award-Winning team in our Cheltenham Branch. Move is the leading lettings agency in the region, with continued year-on-year market growth, alongside incredibly high customer satisfaction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast-paced office, lettings properties in Cheltenham and surrounding areas. The team pride themselves on offering the best service to their landlords and tenants and they are looking for a team member who can continue to offer an exceptional service. We are looking to recruit someone that's ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about overall customer service.
In this role, you will be supporting one of our experienced property managers learning the role as you develop in the company. A great opportunity for someone looking to get into property!
You will be responsible for:
- Productivity, efficiency, and retention of clients.
- Ensuring compliance, projects, implementing new processes and strategies and continual improvement.
- Maximising department profitability, working closely with your team to ensure objectives are hit.
- Maximising any opportunities.
- Ensuring both you and the team deliver excellent customer service.

- Role model effective and efficient communication within the branch and across the business.
- Contribute to the team discussions and development of company growth.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Property Manager -
- Demonstrable Administration experience
- Proven experience working within a team
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
General Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend and be involved in company meetings.
- Attend and partake in Department Meetings (Both weekly & Monthly)
- Ensure companywide standards, processes and procedures are upheld.
- Maintain the Staff standards for appearance, attitudes, and behaviours
- Ensure you achieve/exceed your personal and company targets
- Follow and partake in training and development
- Perform to a high standard in all aspects of your work
- Carry out / partake in business generation activities
- Accountability for your managed portfolio & ensure processes followed
- Achieve add-on services KPIs
- Following company processes from start to finish.
- Deliver company processes.
- Compliance checking/ensuring legalities & company processes are correctly adhered to.
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Salary £18,000-£23,500 Per Annum DOE Monday-Friday 8.30 - 17.30
