Job Responsibility:

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and talented Front of HouseBreakfast TeamLeader to join our hotel restaurant teams at Chessington World of Adventures

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something very special at a major UK theme park attracting thousands of guests during peak season.

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the restaurant breakfast operation from start to finish ensuring the operation runs smoothly.

In this exciting role you will help with the day to day running of the restaurants which amongst other tasks includes:

• Setting up the restaurants and buffets for service
• Creating shift patterns for the team
• Dealing with any customer concerns or complaints
• We pride ourselves on customer service. You will be part of a team ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and an enjoyable visit.
• Maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
• Training and inducting new team members
• Coaching and developing a large team

The ideal candidate

• Experience within a busy Food & Beverage environment
• Experience leading a team is preferred
• You should be focused, well organised and comfortable in a busy environment
• Ability to cope well with pressure and high volume
• A team player who can lead by example with a desire to work as an active member of the team.
• A passion for people, service, and food.
• Be a morning person! Our Breakfast Team Leaders are needed from 6am
