We have a fantastic new vacancy for an Accommodation Assistant in the excellent Maldron Hotel Liverpool City, opening Summer 2024.

With a prime location near the Liverpool waterfront, this 268 bedroomed hotel is the first in the city for Dalata Hotel Group, the fastest growing hotel chain in the UK. And with a variety of bedroom options, an exciting Meeting & Events product as well as a spacious, contemporary Bar which will become a hotspot in the city, the hotel is on track to become one of Liverpool's most favourite leisure and business destinations!

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Accommodation Assistant who will embody our culture and values, and really represent Maldron Liverpool City by supporting their team and by driving outstanding guest experience.

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Accommodation Supervisor, the Accommodation Assistant will execute housekeeping duties for the hotel with specific responsibility for mainitianing the cleanliness of the public area of the hotel, ensuring our general areas are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare pulic areas of the hotel and general areas to the Dalata standard.
• Highlight any items or areas that need maintenance.
• Be open for work in other departments.

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping and cleaning is desired but not essential.
• Customer focus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ambition to develop.
