The Opportunity:

As a Commercial Strategy Lead, you will be the commercial lead in Immuno-Oncology across all modalities. You will play a pivotal role in integrating stakeholder insights into strategic plans and recommending effective go-to-market strategies. This involves leveraging existing commercial infrastructure or developing new models. You will collaborate with various departments, including Primary Focus, Research, Development, Portfolio Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Medical Affairs, Patient Centricity, and Business Development, to support R&D programs and broader business initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with global and regional commercial organizations on later-stage assets and post-proof-of-concept opportunities for BD, whilst also providing commercial input to significant corporate initiatives such as BOLD objectives, growth strategies, and business development prioritization.

Responsibilities:

· Integrate commercial insights into R&D programs by understanding market dynamics, trends, competitors, and opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance program value and achieve Proof of Concept.

· Lead strategic marketing development for the Primary Focus Area, co creating the TPP with Development and contributing to mid and long term strategies and annual plans based on customer and market insights.

· Assess business development opportunities and provide recommendations to the commercial leadership team for corporate decisions.

· Engage external stakeholders to gather feedback for pipeline asset recommendations, ensuring alignment with market access, healthcare providers, and patient needs.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

· Significant experience in commercial strategy with specific experience in New Product Planning and a broad understanding of the science behind product.

· Proven success in Oncology and ability to quickly learn new therapeutic areas.

· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and consistently deliver high-level contributions in pipeline and inline marketing.

· Strong presentation skills, capable of presenting complex issues to senior management and contributing to strategic discussions, with the ability to make independent assessments and decisions.

· Fluent in written and spoken business English.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Additional information:

· This is a permanent, full-time position.

· Position is based in the United Kingdom.

· This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
