Job Responsibility:

**Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leisure Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the leisure industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive the success of our leisure facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability

- Manage day-to-day operations of leisure facilities

- Redevelop our spa facilities

- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service

- Oversee sales activities and ensure targets are met

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the facilities

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism

- Coordinate events and promotions to attract new customers

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary

- Follow PWTAG guidelines and review and maintain statutory requirements

- Ability to write and review relevant risk assessments

- Liaise with Hotel Management and attend departmental meetings

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should have:

- Proven experience in management within the leisure industry

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Demonstrated time management abilities to meet deadlines

- Previous experience in team management, preferably in a leisure environment

- Sound knowledge of administrative tasks and procedures

- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide a team towards success

- Personal training qualification

- National pool plant operators certificate
