As a Patient Services Receptionist, you will be the face of the Novus Health brand, greeting patients across our hubs from behind the reception desk, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will support patients with queries about all our services, ensuring they receive the information and assistance they need.

The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and closing the clinic, as well as assisting with the general upkeep of the clinic. You will complete stock checks, take payments, and support adult hearing loss patients through simple maintenance and repair procedures.

Your main place of work will be Normanton Hub, Queen Street Surgery, Normanton, WF6 2BU. You may be required to work across all sites including:

• Wakefield Hub, 8 - 10 Providence Street, Wakefield, WF1 3BG.
• Pontefract Hub, 25 Market Place, Pontefract, WF8 1AG.
• Horbury Hub, Unit 4 Benton Office Park, Bennett Avenue, Horbury, WF4 5RA.

This is a 30 hours per week contract. The core hours of cover required is between 07:30 - 20:30 Monday to Friday, and Saturday between 08:00 - 18:00 on a shift pattern.
