Location: Hilsea, Portsmouth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus company bonus based on business performance

Spa Parts Vortex is Europe's leading trade-only provider of hot tub parts and accessories. We are seeking a dynamic Multilingual Sales Administrator to assist our sales team in expanding our market presence for both the UK and Europe. Fluency in English and French is required.
Reporting directly to the Sales and Sourcing Manager, the Sales Administrator will be accountable for a wide range of responsibilities (outlined below) and must have a passion for business development and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture key client accounts.
- Schedule (and attend where required) client meetings for our sales team to present our products and technical details.
- Working at shows and events to promote our business in the UK and European market.
- Helping to drive sales of our product range, including our Earth Spas range.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of hot tub parts and stay updated on industry trends in order to effectively assist our customers.
- Utilise multilingual skills to communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
- Fluency in Spanish, German or other languages is advantageous.
- Must have a strong drive for developing business and driving sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and/or administration experience.
- Willingness to learn product specifications and ranges.
