Overview: Self Employed Role

Monday-Friday 8am-10am

Saturday & Sunday 8am-10am

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Host to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a restaurant or hotel setting.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables- Assist in seating arrangements to ensure efficient table rotation- Provide menus, coffees and juices.- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pub and restaurant.- Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist with customer inquiries

Experience:

- Previous experience in a hospitality role is advantageous- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer queries efficiently- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel guest services is desirable

Pay: £7.47-£11.50 per hour
