We are currently looking for a passionate Accommodations Supervisor, to join our Basil Street team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

As a Accommodations Supervisor, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Be present in the lobby when require greeting and assist guests in a polite and friendly manner, assist with any special requests, such as taxi bookings or wake-up calls.
• Performing all standard room attendant duties for the guests in line with SOP and company standards.
• Keep track of the pantry inventories and stock up the pantries when required
• Physically check daily status of all assigned apartments in order to identify, solve and minimize standards.
• Ensure the highest standards of security are stringently always adhered to regarding guests property, colleagues' property, and apartments property.
• Complete any health and safety monthly checks and assist in accurate regular apartment health and safety inspections.

You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
