Part Time Leisure Receptionist
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Panacea Health Club @ St Mellons Hotel.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and flexible Receptionist to become a part of our friendly team. As Receptionist you need to ensure that all members and guests are given a warm welcome to the Health Club as you will be the first impression of the club. You will deal with any queries during their visit and ensure that they are being looked after. Receptionists assist and communicate with all departments within the hotel and health club ensuring a smooth visit as well as to enhance the experience for all our members. They must also be confident and trustworthy and previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial. The successful candidate must also be aware of all promotions and facilities available in the club to promote accordingly to all visitors using the club.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:
- A positive and happy disposition
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Work as part of a team
- Flexible attitude to work including the ability to work at short notice if required.
- Be able to work varying shift patterns to include early mornings, evenings and weekends
