We're now recruiting for the class of 24 and have a number of specialist Apprenticeships available in Social Media, Creative, Account Management, PR, TV Production and Video Editing! You'll study for a relevant NVQ, whilst learning on the job in your chosen area. The Part You'll Play… This is an amazing opportunity to develop a career in TV Production, gaining experience providing support and assistance to help with the delivery of content for our TV campaigns! Not only do you get hands-on training and the chance to put your skills into practice, but you will also earn while you learn! As an Apprentice in TV Production, you'll study for the Production Assistant Apprenticeship, whilst working with our brilliant Production team. You will share our passion for creating eye-catching work for our high profile clients.
As a TV Production Apprentice you'll be… - Booking resource, studios, voiceover artists and freelance operators.
- Ordering & Logging production & post-production equipment.
- Liaising with producers & editors alike to assist with managing workflow through the departments.
Organising schedules and budgets for lower-budget projects, including radio, TV & content (experience dependant), with the opportunity to independently manage these within time.
What you'll need as a TV Production Apprentice... Minimum Criteria: Our Apprenticeships are open to anyone over the age of 18 who shares our passion for Creativity. For the TV Production Apprenticeship you must have a GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths and a desire to learn and develop a career in the exciting world of Production.

Ability to demonstrate knowledge of and a genuine interest in television and radio is essential.

We don't want a CV, we want to see your creativity. This could be via any medium that you feel the most comfortable using. How about a video? Or a social media post? A poem? Your choice! If successful you will be invited to an assessment centre which will include group exercises, an interview and a numerical reasoning test - and of course, lots of laughs and fun along the way! This will be followed by an interview with some of the team.
