Job SummaryTop Marks Education LTD is a growing educational recruitment firm who specialise in providing the very best staff to schools across Manchester.
As we grow we are currently looking for an experienced consultant to initially work from home but who feels they’re ready to grown their own branch. The successful candidate will be recruited with the hope that they will be willing and able to start up their own Manchester Branch and grow their own team.
This role requires strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a solid understanding of various educational technologies.
Duties
- Collaborate with educational institutions to assess their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for educators on best practices in teaching and learning.
- Utilise lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and expand the client base.
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Leverage technology platforms such as Taleo, ATS, Salesforce, HRIS, PeopleSoft, Workday, and social media management tools to streamline processes and enhance outreach efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies to clients.
Experience
- Proven experience in an educational consulting role or similar position within the education sector.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and relationship management practices.
- Proficient in using educational technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
