Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:We are seeking an Apprentice (Consents Coordinator) reporting directly to the Landrights Officer, you'll be responsible for managing the process of obtaining, documenting, and maintaining legal consents. You'll play a key role to ensure all matters are dealt with in an efficient manner and you'll take a pro-active approach to escalate any potential issues where necessary to ensure all matters are dealt with in a timely manner.
You'll administer transactions and collate records accordingly to align with the process and respond to requests in a proficient manner. Provide consents updates to relevant key stakeholders including customers. Obtain consents, ensuring the correct permissions are in place prior to commencing work, using effective and efficient means of communication and act as the main point of contact.
You'll be prepared to work collaboratively, in a flexible way to assist colleagues and stakeholders alike, in the delivery of our services/goals.
The team that you are reporting into are based near Glasgow, they do work remotely but meet up often at the Glasgow Office.
What you'll need…

· IT proficient being able to learn and use varied software packages to maintain legal and financial information.

· Someone in the know - keeping up to date with relevant industry topics for consideration and contribution in conversations on how it applies to the business.

· Someone who takes ownership of their workload communicating realistic timescales.
· You need great attention to detail with a passion to be able to think on your feet and problem solve as you go.
· You need to be comfortable approaching the team and external partners and asking questions and building relationships.
