Experienced Personal Assistant Wanted!!
Are you an organizational wizard with outstanding communication abilities? A leading property firm is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to support our executive team.
We're a small but growing business and need ambitious, hard working and individuals that have initiative and good at independent working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings,
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, correspondence for clients on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with clients, investors, contractors, and other stakeholders with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Accounting skills and knowledge on Xero preferable.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, preferably in the property industry
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite or canva and experience with property management software
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to anticipating needs
- Discretion in handling confidential information with the highest level of integrity
