Experienced Personal Assistant Wanted!!

Are you an organizational wizard with outstanding communication abilities? A leading property firm is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to support our executive team.

We're a small but growing business and need ambitious, hard working and individuals that have initiative and good at independent working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings,
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports, correspondence for clients on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with clients, investors, contractors, and other stakeholders with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Accounting skills and knowledge on Xero preferable.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, preferably in the property industry
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite or canva and experience with property management software
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to anticipating needs
  • Discretion in handling confidential information with the highest level of integrity
