```Job Summary```We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room and ensuring the well-being and development of the children in your care. ```Responsibilities```- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods- Monitor and assess each child's progress and development- Communicate with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the nursery

```Skills```- Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting- Excellent knowledge of child development principles and practices- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
