Job Responsibility:

Due to growth, Steadfast Training Ltd, a successful Ofsted Grade 2 provider and member of the Chartered Institution of Further Education, is currently recruiting Assessors/Trainers to deliver qualifications in Adult Care & Clinical Care up to Level 5.

As an Clinical and Health & Social Care Assessor you will support apprenticeship learners who are studying up to Level 5 in Adult Care & Clinical Care. You will be required to travel to visit learners in their workplaces and deliver remotely in surrounding areas of Stoke-on-Trent, a full driving license is essential.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience required to carry out the role;

  • Hold Assessors Qualification- D32,D33, A1 or TAQA is Essential.
  • Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification - PTLLS or above.
  • Hold Functional skills/ key skills qualifications in English, Maths or willing to work towards them.
  • Adult Care & Clinical Care Background is an Advantage.
  • Have a good understanding and the ability to deliver apprenticeship programmes.
  • Have a good understanding of Health and Safety, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Safeguarding, and Prevent.
  • You will have a Full UK Driving Licence and own transport initially
