Job Responsibility:
Kingswood Residential Investment Management are independent specialists in residential property lettings and management across Nottinghamshire.
The business commenced in 2016 and is quickly growing to be a respected professional agency operating in the private rental sector in Nottinghamshire, now managing 650+ properties locally.
We are seeking a Lettings Operations Manager to join our team, with core duties of:- Oversee and manage day to day operations of the business and teams.
-Oversee our team of 12, with particular involvement with our property management department.- Handle any complaints and problems solving.
-Ensure procedures and processes are followed, and help implement new procedures and processes .
-Move certain key projects forward.
-Handle employee 121's, training and performance.
-Ensure targets are achieved.
The candidate must have:
- Strong and previous team leadership and management skills, which can be demonstrated through previous positions.
- Strong administration and organisational capabilities, again which can be demonstrated through previous positions.
- Conflict management, motivation, training, leadership, delegation, planning and customer service skills.
- Residential lettings and property management experience, expertise and qualification (such as ARLA Propertymark qualification or equivalent).
- Previous property management role having been undertaken prior to operations or branch management.
- Ability to work both alone and in a team.
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines / targets.
- Willingness to 'go the extra mile'
- Computer competency (Microsoft word, excel, outlook emails, use of tablet, internet software, etc).
- Driving licence and own vehicle.

Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9 - 12.
Office based position from our Nottingham office (East Circus Street, NG1 5AF).
