The Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Optimisation Specialist to join our global quality assurance team. You will be responsible for evaluating the product user experience of Trip in the UK market, identifying gaps between Trip and its competitors, and collaborating cross-functionally to address user pain points in the UK market. In this Role, you'll get to:
  • Monitor product user experience (quality) metrics and provide valuable local insights to HQ teams.
  • Regularly conduct product user experience testing, in-depth competitor analysis, and local user research to identify any product quality defects and gaps compared to competitors.
  • Conduct local UX research to gain insights into user behavior and pain points specific to the UK market.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address user pain points and improve overall product quality.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to analyze product user experience (quality) metrics and user behavior data.
  • Support building data dashboards and establish data systems for comprehensive product user experience quality analysis.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX, Product, User operations, data analysis, project management or related fields in the e-commerce/internet industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of data, preferably with knowledge of SQL and BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of design thinking and user experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the travel and e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree, with a focus on Data Analysis, UX Research, or any related field is a plus.
