What you’re applying for

We’re looking for a strategic thinker to join our team as a Senior Claims Data Analyst to support our Customer Operations department. This role supports our EU and US claims and customer service operations and can be based in either the Netherlands or the UK

As a Senior Claims Data Analyst, you will lead complex projects, extract actionable insights from data, and support financial planning within the claims experience landscape, and more broadly across the Customer Operations organization. This role is perfect for a visionary data strategist who’s passionate about leveraging next-generation technological solutions, optimizing existing processes, and facilitating collaboration across our Product,Claims, Ops, and Data teams. You will report into the centralized Operations enablement group, and work cross functionally with senior stakeholders to drive key initiatives from ideation to completion. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a superior claims experience, driving operational excellence, profitability, and innovation within our operations.

What you’ll do

• Project Leadership: Lead complex projects, aligning them with business goals and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Financial Analysis: Support financial strategy through analysis and forecasting, impacting budget and capacity planning.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze claims data, and transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Claims Support: Identify trends in claims data and support the operational Claims function.
• Business Intelligence: Design reporting systems, improve MI quality, and support strategic decisions.
• Compliance & Improvement: Ensure regulatory compliance, participate in market initiatives, and suggest process improvements.
• Effective Communication: Effectively communicate complex information to a wide audience using Google Presentations and documentation on a regular basis.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years in a similar role, within the insurance industry or a comparable regulatory environment.
• Strong project management with a track record of leading complex projects
• Advanced data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A willingness to take on additional duties as needed, contributing your unique experiences to help achieve our goals.
