Job Description :

We’re hiring a Administrator at our thriving St Helens office!

The successful candidate will have administrative experience, confident in dealing with clients, able to handle data securely, perform with a high degree of accuracy and be able to manage their time to work to specific deadlines. A friendly and professional manner is required, combined with enthusiasm, attention to detail and strong IT/administration skills.

The role will be varied covering purchaser and vendor data, property administration, marketing details, anti-money laundering processing, handling sensitive financial information, general administration, and supporting our Sale team on a day-to-day basis.

  • Hours: Monday – Friday – to be agreed, but must include 9.00am to 5.00pm on Mondays (with thirty minutes lunch break) plus one Saturday in four, with a day off in lieu

Key activities include:

Client data management

Anti-Money Laundering Procedures

New Property Co-ordination

Supporting the Sales team and Branch Manager With Administrative Tasks

Written Correspondence to clients

Marketing Information And Production

Compliance Management

Office Management

Candidate profile:

Excellent IT and administration skills

Proven track record of achieving objectives under pressure

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships

Team player but able to work independently

Calm under pressure

Driving Licence

Salary depending on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: from £11.50 per hour plus bonus (after completion of probationary period)

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
