Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Office Administrator. As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

– Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls and managing correspondence

– Organize and maintain physical and digital files

– Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records

– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

– Client onboarding, including setting up physical and electronic files, undertaking money laundering and KYC checks

– Dealing with off-site storage providers

– Meet and greet clients and provide refreshments if required

– Provide tea/coffee to directors

Experience:

– Previous experience in an administrative or accounting clerical role is preferred

– Proficient in typing, data entry, numeracy and accuracy

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

– Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems
