Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.

Duties:
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions- Provide accurate information about products and services- Identify and escalate priority issues- Follow up on customer interactions
Experience:
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters- Excellent communication and presentation skills
