If you are a Purchasing Assistant, Buyer, or have experience working within a procurement environment, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team.
If successful, you will play a key role within our Purchasing department, ensuring stock levels are consistently maintained to deliver a high quality, reliable service for our customers.

Your typical day will look like:
Placing purchase orders including processed stock.
Managing order confirmations.
Expediting orders and managing delivery dates with suppliers.
Effectively managing incoming purchasing emails.
Processing customer returns/faulty garments.
Processing importing paperwork/incoming deliveries.
Reporting on daily KPIs.
You will have:
Experience in a purchasing environment.
Minimum 2 years administrative experience.
A thorough understanding of all inventory performance KPIs.
Proven experience in inventory planning and management.
A high level of competency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word to support efficient delivery in all tasks.
